The wine has an own style that is maintained every year. It is made from the selection of the best grapes from of the vineyards, the results is a harmonious and intense wine.

Details:

Designation of origin. D.O.: Ribera del Duero.

Type of wine: Oak red wine. RED WINE.

Vintage: 2017.

Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.

Grape variety: 100 % Tempranillo.

Energy value: 85 calories (100 ml.)

Wineyards: 

Age: Average age of 20 years.

Soil: clay-calcareous.

Climate: The climate is markedly continental with Atlantic influence, there are very cold winters and very hot summers, there are little rainfall and a wide temperature range between day and night.

 

Wine production: 

Harvest: Harvesting is carried out by hand and the grapes deposited in 20 Kg crates.

Several months of aging in stainless steel vats.

Then the wine remains 9 months in barrel (10% American oak and 90% French oak).

Before selling the wine will be bottled a few months.

Bottled: it was bottled in June of 2018. 

Characteristics of wine: 

Vision: in the light ruby color is very alive and neat.

The nose: it smells red fruits like blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.

In the palate: Elegant entry, bodied and fine wine.

 

Marriage: it is advised to accompany any kind of red meat, foie, roasts, game or cured cheese.

Right temperature to serve: 16°C.

Consume: the wine is optimal from the moment of purchase and until 2023.
