J. Flores Crianza is characterized by a style marked by the months in special barrel of 500 litres in both French and American oak. This wine reflects our maximum expression through a careful selection of each bunch during the harvest. This grepe will evolve extraordinarily with the passage of time in its maturation, giving it a special touch.

Age: Average age of 20 years.
Climate: The climate is markedly continental with Atlantic influence, there are very cold winters and very hot summers, there are little rainfall and a wide temperature range between day and night.
Harvest: Harvesting is carried out by hand and the grapes deposited in 20 Kg crates.
Time in cask: 2 months in stainless steel vats. Then the wine remains 14 months in new barrel (50% American oak and 50% French oak), and after that the wine will be bottled a few months.

The nose: it smells black fruits, ripe and roasted.
In the palate: Powerful entry, fine and delicious.
Marriage: it is advised to accompany any kind of red meat, foie, roasts, game or cured cheese.

Consume: the wine is optimal from the moment of purchase and until 2023.
